At Peacock Alley, we take pride in our heritage of luxury linens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not delighted with your order, we accept returns of unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Linens

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
